My First Protein Generation
Introduction
Yesterday and Today i was experimenting with RFDiffusion; the specific experiment i just ran was to see if i could use RFDiffusion to design a simple helical-type structure. It was a very simple experiment, the parameters where:

Not sure this is post is important info to share, but at the moment I found it very cool that we as humans can do such a thing, it mesmerized me a bit; here’s a photo of what the predicted backbone structure looked like towards the end of the process:
